IV Ketamine for
Depression, Anxiety, Pain

Ketamine targets the root cause of your condition so you can get back to a life you love.

Target DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, PTSD, FIBROMYALGIA and CHRONIC PAIN with IV Ketamine,

Innovative Psychedelics has a 75 percent success rate treating patients with IV Ketamine.

Innovative Psychedelics has locations in Chicago and Downers Grove. Our experienced team of providers understand and specialize in the ketamine treatment. We also have a team of therapists to guide patients through their treatment journey.

Dr. Khare is a board certified emergency physician who spent over a decade at Northwestern Medicine before opening his own group of medical practices. He was among the first physicians in Chicago to offer ketamine infusions. After seeing the life-changing results, Khare opened a dedicated Ketamine practice in 2018 (Innovative Ketamine). We are committed to helping patients regain their quality of life.

IV Ketamine for Depression, PTSD, OCD, Anxiety

If you suffer from depression, PTSD, OCD or anxiety and have found little to no success with prescription medications, it is time to explore IV ketamine. Ketamine therapy is the only treatment that targets the root cause of your condition. Stop masking symptoms and start getting results.

The protocol for depression and mood disorders involves a series of six infusions over the course of approximately two weeks. Clinical trials have consistently shown a 70-75% success rate with this approach. Following your initial series, booster infusions will be required to maintain the effect and keep you symptom-free. Booster infusions are typically done once per month.

Our team will answer your questions and discuss what to expect during your initial consultation. Insurance is accepted for the consultation. Unfortunately, since ketamine for depression is deemed off-label use of the drug, we are unable to accept insurance for your treatment visits.

Ketamine Infusions for Chronic Pain

Patients with chronic pain that has not responded to traditional treatment methods (prescription pharmaceuticals for example) or those who plan to undergo surgery for pain, may be well-suited for IV ketamine infusions.

We commonly treat pain caused by the following conditions:

  • Cancer
  • CRPS
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Neuropathic pain
  • Phantom pain
  • Postherpetic neuralgia
  • Sickle cell disease
  • Spinal injury

Multiple professional organizations, including the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA), the American Academy of Pain Medicine (AAPM), and the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), have agreed that the collective evidence has shown support for ketamine’s role in managing pain for these conditions.

The protocol for pain treatment with ketamine differs significantly from the protocol for depression. Ketamine for pain involves a 3-hour infusion. The time of treatment is longer, and the dose of ketamine is significantly higher than what is used for depression and mood disorders.

Since the dose of ketamine is higher, there is a greater risk of side-effects from treatment. Common side-effects include nausea, dizziness, and longer dissociation. These side-effects are temporary and not serious in nature.
